Provider and scope

Inside Stocks is operated by Florian Maier, owner of Scale Smart, Hofbauernstr. 13, 83700 Rottach-Egern, Germany, email [email protected] ("we"). These terms apply to the use of insidestocks.de.

What Inside Stocks is

Inside Stocks is a journalistic and editorial information service. It classifies public company figures according to published rules. Inside Stocks is not investment advice and gives no investment recommendation, no call to buy or sell, no forecast and no price target. You make your own investment decisions. Free use

Published analyses can be read without an account. Free use gives no right to have particular content stay free or be offered permanently.

Paid tiers

Pro and Plus cannot be bought yet. Before a purchase is possible, we will add here who sells them and what applies to purchase, term, cancellation, withdrawal and refunds.

Rights of use

Texts, rule set, evaluations and presentation are protected by copyright. You may use them for your own non-commercial purposes. You may process exported data for yourself, but not resell it or publish it on a larger scale. You may quote individual values with the source "Inside Stocks". Automated bulk retrieval of the pages or the account is not permitted.

Data and availability

Company figures come from public annual and quarterly reports, prices from a market data provider. We check the calculation automatically on every build but cannot guarantee that a source itself is free of errors. We correct identified errors transparently. We aim for high availability; maintenance and disruptions may interrupt access temporarily.

Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health and under the German Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible in the first place and on whose observance you may regularly rely. In that case liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

Inside Stocks makes no recommendations. You are responsible for decisions you make on the basis of the content. Liability under the preceding paragraph remains unaffected.

What happens to your data is described in the privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

Changes to these terms apply only to the future. If a change affects an ongoing paid access, we will inform you by email in advance. We will not change the price or the term of access already purchased to your disadvantage.

Governing law and jurisdiction

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, the mandatory protective provisions of the country of your habitual residence remain unaffected. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered location.
